Irina is excellent at her job. She is very thorough and very professional and is always happy to help me to choose the correct colour of varnish. She offered me a cup of coffee which is very welcome as I travel 99 miles to have my treatment.

Normally a brilliant wax, however the therapist I had this time didn’t stretch the skin and pulled the wax off semi cooled - quite a painful experience
