When I arrived they were mopping the floor and not allowing customers to sit down. The staff were quite unfriendly. The wax itself was very painful and the area is feeling sticky afterwards. Furthermore, the lady was more interested in resetting the room than allowing me to dress in peace. However, my visit took about 15 mins which I feel is very good.
