Lizzi was amazing as always! She really takes the time to listen to my request and then advise on her thoughts! Perfect threading and as I have ginger hair, she made sure the tinting was lighter and adjusted the duration of leaving the dye on!

I usually love my wax but this time it was sooooo rushed and messy. Some parts werent done properly and wax was all over my thigh and still on my private even on my calves as well. Was truly disappointed to be honest. Therapist was so eager to finish and leave. Treatment usually 30 mins im almost sure she finished in 10. I spent more time cleaning up myself after than how long it actually took to do the wax itself. Also i paid for Hollywood hot wax and she mostly used the strips.

I really wasn't happy with my treatment at all, the wax was obviously done in a hurry so i was left with bruising and had to go home and tweeze myself once i’d seen how badly it was done under the redness
