Booked two 15 min appointments but was evidently forgotten about and bumped to the back of the queue and in there for over an hour. The therapist spent a few minutes on my brows and they don’t feel well shaped and require a plucking when home! Also have just realised I’ve been over charged by £2...which is hardly worth the effort of returning and complaining. Make sure you check you are happy before you leave, quality is normally good but not today!
