I always come here for my wax. Lorenza is the best, she makes me feel comfortable, and she’s really precise about her work.

The beautician was lovely and took a lot of time and care over the treatments to make sure she got as much hair as possible and hurt me as little as possible. I’m really pleased with the results.
The choice of music this week was a little odd. It would be nice to go back to the relaxing music and scent defuser which makes the ambience nicer.
My only real negative is it’s a little frustrating that the app gives you the option to book with a particular beautician but you rarely ever get who you asked for. It seems they don’t even look at who you asked for now. Apparently you have to ring to book with someone specific, except it doesn’t say that during the booking process and after going there for several years I only got told that for the first time today. Why have the option on the app at all if it’s redundant?

Staff were running late so I had my appt. half an hour after it was booked for, however as usual, the staff were very friendly and apologetic, and I have no complaints about the treatment

This place is fast and super cheap but I have to say it was a rather excruciating
Waxing experience :-/ The wax wasn’t hot enough when being spread so was pulling at hairs - ouch

Strip wax took a long time as she kept rewaxing the same area over and over which made me kinda sore. I had to get her to go over missed areas once we were "finished" but eventually got it all off! Overall not too bad as it was on offer for £20!
