Been going to this place for ages, but only recently started having my eyebrows threaded here. I thought my therapist was great - some of the best eyebrows I’ve had.

The lady was friendly and the wax was good however the treatment room was quite noisy with traffic noise.

Unprofessional and a bad job. People would walk into the room as you were in the middle of your private wax. The room still had the used paper on the treatment table from the previous client. Conversation with therapist was difficult. Once the wax was finished the lady stayed in the room whilst you got changed, no privacy. Noticed afterwards that there were several patches of missed hair and overall felt like I had shaved not waxed, instantly prickly and hair grew back much faster than usual.

Sugar waxing not as good. Took long and was quite painful (comparing to other sugaring I had) and the result was not as clean.

I usually love to come here but this time the wax was done very badly. The beautification was rushing a lot and she was going too fast, normally I do not mind as the sooner it is over the better but actually she didn’t wax me properly all the hairs were broken and now I have terrible ingrowns as well as the hair growing back after just one week because it wasn’t pulled from the root. Never again.
