Good HD brow experience. Would have been great to have a chat about what I wanted rather than going straight ahead with waxing and threading. The salon wasn’t busy but loud conversation between staff about late customers was abit distracting.

Didn’t listen to my clear instructions. Completely changed the shape despite me saying not to change them. The dye wasn’t left on long enough and I had to spend about 45 mins at home correcting them myself. Really disappointed.

Raman is great for eyebrow threading, FYI she doesn’t take bookings after 4.30pm so the app schedule is slightly incorrect
