First of all they don’t listen. I asked for light brown and the lady put a medium brown on anyway, which is too dark. I asked for a natural shape and I ended up with two thin ridiculous J’s. If I could lock myself in my house for 3 months until my brows grow back I would. They don’t wear gloves when touching your face and I’ve not seen them wash their hands once. Nobody offers you a patch test, and I’m positive they used the wrong wax or maybe it was too hot? Either way, I woke up with swollen eyes and having to go to doctor. I’m always reluctant of leaving bad reviews, but this time it’s a warning for everyone else. I’m reluctant to ever book any beautician appointment after this experience.
