The lady threaded most of my eyebrows even though I specifically said I only wanted to give them shape. I am very disappointed as it took me months to grow the brows the way I wanted them. There is no communication, the therapist doesn’t listen

Eyebrows were nicely shaped albeit painfully done. My upper lip is entirely burnt and there are painful red marks - terrible!
