People are very nice but the salon is not a great place. Very untidy and looks very unappealing. The beds have cold plastic sheets on them. The towels used on your body are hard and starchy. Your dignity is not really protected much. I had to hold a paper tissue over my breasts when I asked for something to cover up with. It got wet and was very upsetting for me but I smiled through the embarrassment.
