Bins overflowing, staff were not very friendly and reception was a bit intimidating, treatment room was swelteringly hot, and also the most painful sugaring I’ve ever had (I’ve had a lot), the application of the sugar being almost as painful as taking it off?! Final result was good but not a pleasant experience in the slightest

This place is great, everyone is really friendly and helpful. My beautician (Kamal) is lovely. Very good at what she does and very friendly. I'll be there monthly!
