AWFUL.
1. NOT SUGARING IT IS NORMAL WAX
2. RUDE/IMPATIENT
3. NO TECHNIQUE USED.
This treatment is NOT sugaring. It’s normal hot wax branded in a tub. E/S literally waxed my outer labia with one strip. (Not good as hair grows in different directions). I am now left with bumps and ingrow hairs since treatment and I am not a sufferer of them. I have had to spend money on treatments for this. I wish I would have went to my normal place but they were fully booked and I was desperate. 0/5.

Won't be going back. Hollywood and underarm sugar wax, should have taken 45mins but done in less than 25-30 mins. Didn't do sugar wax in its usual form (hand), used it like a hot wax with paper strips instead, didn't clean area before applying powder even after I told her I'd just used heavy moisturiser on my skin, applied wax in the wrong direction, ripped the hairs instead of removing from roots, tried removing the ripped hairs with tweezers and kept nipping my skin. Hair still left. Annoyed

I must say, upon arriving I was under a lot of pain and stressed out. Rahman bless her heart had taken it all away! She listened to my body and where the aches and knots where. She had taken her sweet time on me and ensured I was comfortable, cool and relaxed throughout my time. The pressure was absolutely phenomenal and I can’t thank Rahman enough for today! I will be back and most definitely, I highly recommend getting booked in with Rahman! You won’t be disappointed!! Thank you once again! X

R was really friendly and spoke about every stage throughout the treatment, I’ve seen a few complaints about a cold room - R asked whether I wanted the AC on so if you communicate I’m sure this problem will be solved.
The place isn’t messy, it is clean - the body wrap was nice and I can see a difference but I think it takes a few times to see a bigger difference, I look forward to coming again! :) Thank you for this treatment.

S was very sweet but didn't listen to what I asked for at all. Also the most painful and rushed feeling sugaring I've experienced. Not absolutely terrible but won't be going back
