The facial part of this experience is only 30 mins, and for 15 mins of that they just leave you alone in the room with the back steamer. They could have easily filled this time with a little hand/foot/scalp massage or something... What a waste of time/money.
The lady had scratchy fake nails, earphones playing radio in her ears during the treatment, and her phone notifications kept going off too.
It was not a relaxing or professional experience, and left me disappointed.
