Manicures in this venue depend a lot on the person doing them. I've had manicures by many different girls and you can see the difference in quality. The products are good, the salon is pleasant, and the price is very attractive, so it's worth trying it but it's not 100% guarantee of good quality. This time it was ok, not great, not bad either. Still good value for the price.

Customer Service can variable but generally the threading treatment is spot on. Seems as though there are some core and some different staff each time I visit but most are good staff what they do.

Well I was really disappointed that the laser didn't work on either area after 6 sessions. I was never advised that more maybe required. Very disappointing as I know friends who have had this elsewhere and it worked!
