The Universal Contour Wrap was good and I lost 9.5 inches. It was a good experience. The therapist was fantastic, really pleasant and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back. There was a slight negative however which was not to do with my treatment. There was an argument possibly between one of the therapists and the manager which I believe should not have occurred in the presence of clients.

One more time I had a perfect manicure in this venue. It was a new therapist and she was really good and extremely funny, which goes to show they are good at hiring quality staff. Great value for money. I definitely recommend this venue.

Fast, efficient and prompt. I went for eyebrow threading and the lady was very accommodating and friendly. I will come back.

The facial itself (ultrasonic) was excellent, I would highly recommned it to anyone, it was a really relaxing experience and I can definitely notice a difference in my skin.
Fifteen minutes before my appointment I received a call from the salon saying they'd messed up the times and would I be be able to come 4 hours later. I was quite annoyed by this, as I was almost there and had other plans for the afternoon. After some negotiation they agreed to give me a free head and shoulder massage as compensation for their mistake, which I thought was quite fair.
I would go back again, especially for the ultransonic facial. I would recommend ringing the salon to confirm the exact time of your appointment though.
