The staff was friendly, but although there were 7-8 employees present, I had to wait for one who was able to provide the treatment, while she was doing something else for another client. I was offered a tea/coffee/water by another member of staff. Then when it was my turn, my lady was very nice but I thought the hygiene standards could be improved. She used old files (I always expect a fresh one for each client) and when she scratched me by accident and my finger was bleeding, I was thinking how many other people were bleeding on the same file... I have a UV lamp at home and often do gel polish to myself on my own and so I was surprised by her technique of cleaning and buffing each gel layer instead of leaving the stickiness on. Also, my hands/nails weren't washed, cleaned or desinfected prior to putting the gel extensions on.

This was the best eyebrow and lash tinting I have had. Because it is in the main salon and not taking up a private room you can sit with the tint on for longer than in most salons, and the beautician tinted all my lashed, up and down, and did a really great job, leaving no stinging tint around.
The manicure and pedicure were great too.

The shop is in the midst of a refurb it seems, so looks s bit untidy in places, but the beautician did a fab job; she listened to what I wanted and followed through to a T. Will be going back for another threading treatment :)
