As always, the threading experience was precise, quick and the staff were all extremely friendly. The lady doing my eyebrows did need to ask a more experienced member of staff to help but overall the appointment was great.

I had a manicure with shellac and a pedicure two days ago. The pedicure was good, can't really complain. However the shellac was probably the worst I ever have had done. I had three nails which bubbled under the lamp, the manicurist kept trying to file it down, paint over and see if that helped. I kept suggesting why don't use start those nails over, she just said I will fix it, At the end I was left with a poor finish, lumpy, tiny little bubble and cuts on three of my cuticles which bled. I also have chipped polish, only 2 days later. I do not normally write reviews, but this was a bad experience. I would go to the salon again for threading, but would never again get my nails done there.

Despite the fact my treatment was confirmed through Treatwell, the salon said they did not have my booking. The treatment was started 20 minutes late and did not feel professional - it was not a great facial.
