The venue was playing relaxing music when I walked in. The woman at reception was a bit distracted.
The woman that completed the treatment was friendly and informative. The only thing was that one set of eyelashes are curlier than the other! It looks like the right side didn't curl very well.
Overall it was a good experience, despite the fact that I had to go and hang up my own coat! A nice atmosphere too.
