A nice enough salon with a friendly receptionist. The massage was good but not exactly "aromatherapy" as advertised. The pressure was really hard and left me with a few bruises! The masseuse should just ask and adjust the pressure. Apart from that it was fine.
I followed with eyebrow threading (not booked)and that was fine too.
Aromatherapy Massage
This is without doubt the worst facial I have ever had. My eyes are still smarting from having exfoliating liquid spilled into them. I cannot believe the beautician has had any training. She never asked me anything about my skin or got me to fill in a questionnaire. For 20 minutes she sloshed cleanser all over my face, eyes, lips, and pummeled me as if I was an item of clothing she was washing. Then the same but with exfoliating liquid, - she did not cover my eyes and she kept sloshing more and more of the stuff on my face. Then came the steam - boiling hot which totally burnt me and made me yelp, she just kept on until I said no more. Then more cleansing liquid again sloshed all over me and more circular pummeling. At no point until after a perfunctory face mask did she put any cream on my face - a tiny bit . To add insult to injury 15 minutes from the end the hoover went on outside and I had to lie there listening to a hoover for the last 15 minutes. My skin is still smarting from the gallons of acidic cleanser that was sloshed onto me and pummeled into me - and I do mean pummeled, no finesse here. Nothing that resembled a massage. No moisturizing cream. No sense of health and safety in terms of covering my eyes when sloshing acidic cleanser or exfoliating cleanser onto my face and rubbing all over my eyes. She even rubbed the exfoliating stuff over my eyes and lips constantly. I wanted to complaint the manager but she had gone home - I certainly will make a complaint tomorrow.
Classic Facials
The staff were still cleaning the salon when I arrived and my beautician was 15 minutes late for my appointment. She was very friendly but didn't do a very thorough job at all; it was very uneven and she didn't actually remove all the wax so I had to do quite a painful DIY job at home... I probably won't be using this salon again.

Everything was great from the first moment. They treated me very well and the service was good. I will come back.
Ladies' Waxing
Lovely place with friendly staff. Really great value but the wax took a few more goes than I would've liked. Ouch.
