I arrived at the clinic a few minutes before my appointment started and at first the receptionist seemed a bit confused about my booking which was a bit worrying! I was asked to take a seat and my appointment started about 10 minutes late, but once my therapist arrived (she had been busy doing another appointment) she was great and very thorough. However, the appointment seemed very long, I was there 2.5 hours for both mani & pedi which seemed a bit long and meant the clinic had to stay open beyond the closing time of 7pm (I was there until after 7.30pm).
Despite this, I had very enjoyable conversations with the two therapists who stayed behind until after 7pm, which made my appointment an overall good experience. I would just advise the clinic not to allow a 5.10pm time slot for mani & pedi if it takes longer than this as it is unfair on the staff to work late!

I had Brazilian and pleased with result. The lady was attentive and very polite, not painful at all with no burns which sometimes could happen with hot wax
