I went in for shellac removal and a shellac manicure and this took two hours! I was left alone while my shellac soaked off for ten minutes while my manicurist walked off (nowhere to be seen and had to ask someone else to remove the polish). Staff shouting at each other across the room. Actual polish applicant uneven in places. Have used this salon before but won't be going again.

The staff were very friendly and the massage was amazing, just what I needed. The only thing is that you can hear outside the room but overall experience was great.

I was very disappointed. Despite an appointment time that was changed once already the venue, I waited 20 minutes before my pedicure began. Nobody apologised or even pretended to care! I was given 1 out of 3 pedicure chairs that were kept so close together it was a hassle to climb on or off. The chair I was given did not have massage jets that worked - again no apology offered. Was not offered a glass of water let alone anything else which seems to be standard in the smallest of venues I have been to before. Twice the lady who did my pedicure hurt me a lot while cleaning/filing my nails. Being a very busy salon, the chairs are next to the entrance so chaotic and not at all a relaxing experience at all! Considering it was more expensive than other places, and the total lack of customer service, I will definitely not be going back and would warn anyone else off it at least if getting ones nails done!
