My appointment was an overall pleasant experience. The receptionist was lovely and did her job well, and the lady who did my waxing was, though not as chatty as some of the other staff, perfectly good.

This is my second time having an appointment at singhar beauty, on the first occasion they were running late, but I let that go however on the second occasion again they were running late and this time by 30 mins, and they failed to give me advanced notice knowing the patient before me came late and so things were running late, they didn't seem too bothered by the fact that I was unhappy about this and in no way tried to rectify the problem, it was just a matter of we are late, get over it. The masseuse was a lovely lady however a bit too rough for post lipo, when things are still sore and swollen- needed to be more gentle.
