Lovely and professional staff. Excellent value for money. I think they should be a bit more selective with choosing which nail driers to use for hands and feet (based on appearence) and the interior design was pretty tacky but apart from that it was a 5 star experience! I recommend getting a pedicure and using the massage chair ;)

Hollywood wax has left me with painful burnt skin. Therapist was very violent ripping the hot wax off and was clearly trying to save time by putting wax on both sides simultaneously so was very painful and i've never had a wax before where i've just stayed in the same position the whole
time.. Also do not think their wax is very good quality. Had to clean off a fair amount of leftover wax myself afterwards. Went as a one off as my usual place was closed - will not be going here again for waxing.
