Awful!! So disappointed as the treatment I usually have here is great. BUT I was in some dingy room, all I could hear was people washing up, gossiping and banging around. The lady doing my treatment spent the majority of my 45 minute massage kneading my shoulders? Not good and became very tender as it shouldnât be concentrated on for that long. Also used a lot of deep heat??? Made my back burn and am used to relaxing essential oils during a back massage not something like deep heat. Think the lady was doing her best so I felt bad as she was sniffing away as if she was poorly. The massage was on offer so I guess thatâs why. Based on today I would not recommend such a shame I was a regular customer.
