The lady was really nice but she used very small strips which made the procedure much longer. More importantly though, I was left with bloody rash burns which were painful for days afterwards. Lastly, there was still lots of hairs left.
I've had plenty of these waxes in the past at other salons, and never had these issues before.

The clinic were expecting me and were very prompt with timings. They were even able to squeeze me in for an eye brow threading. Salon was not very busy. Everyone who I spoke to was very courteous and kind.
