First impression was bad as I asked to see CNDC shellac colours only and therapist didn’t know what I meant which made me question their understanding.
Second impression even worse as complimented the round shape of my nails and then proceeded to turn them square!!!
Third impression was the tipping point when my nails were filed down on top of the nail so vigorously the skin was showing underneath one nail and has caused not only severe pain but paper thin nails.
I will never even consider returning to this establishment. I was counting down the seconds until my treatment was over.
