It was delicious and I felt so much lighter after. The massage really lasted an hour, even a tad more (and so quite often I went for a massage in other places where you're kicked out after 45 minutes). Very complete and perform with thoroughness. The pressure could be a bit harder but it was my fault not asking and lymphatic drainages are usually a medical procedure so my guess is they don't want to get too deep and hurt people. It was a great moment and I will come back. Manuela was very sweet and caring.
Manicure used a metal implement on my nails with so much force that it made my cuticles bleed and left scratch marks on my nail itself. Usually therapists use wooden ones to protect the nail. The nails were filed so low that it hurt my skin and she also split them so a few had to be cut in a diagonal. The therapist talked about the dark side of her life and it was a harrowing hour listening to her. Her client care was dreadful. In the end she then smudged a few nails and let me go with them ruined.
I will never go again.
But Iâm sure all the therapists are not like the one I had. But there does need to be better management in the salon as the girls do sit together on clients seating chatting whilst you wait. It gives it an unprofessional air when you enter.
It could easily improve if there was some leadership in the salon.
