If there was a 0* rating, I would use it...
I visited the salon a few weeks ago for a full set of eyelash extensions. I'm very fussy where I get my lashes done normally, I love having my lashes done but MUST make sure I go to a good place to ensure no damage is done to my lashes.
My regular lash lady was on holiday, I saw some good reviews on Treatwell so decided to book an appointment here. I was already nervous 10 mins into the appointment as I felt like the technician wasn't separating my lashes properly (I have them done so often I know what it should feel like). Once she was finished I had a little look and at first glance they looked nice. By the time I got home my eyes felt weighed down, I had a look and there was SO MUCH GLUE on my lashes and everything felt stuck together!
I went to my regular salon last night to get them removed and my lash lady said they are THE WORST she has ever seen! There was 8 lashes stuck to 1-2 of my own! There was too much glue, they were too heavy, she didnât separate my lashes and worst of all... THEY HAVE PULLED OUT ALL MY LASHES!
I'm so upset as I've got holidays and weddings coming up and I don't have any lashes to even stick fake ones onto.
Leaving this review so nobody makes the same mistake as I did... DO NOT GO HERE!!!! :(
