The staff member was very nice, but the massage was too hard in places, and I said a few times that it was sore but she didn’t really seem to get that. I was sore for days afterwards and it wasn’t very relaxing. I also paid for an hour and only had 45 mins, but as I was so sore and had had enough by that point I didn’t bother speaking up. I’m not sure if it’s just that I’m a bit sensitive and didn’t expect how hard the massage would be, that’s why I haven’t rated it too badly, as I think someone who wanted a very hard massage would be pleased.
