Last minute online booking. Staff friendly and efficient. End pedicure looks good however the beautician cut me twice whilst trimming cuticle, drawing blood. She was very apologetic - maybe she was tired, anxious or just needs glasses! But have to mark the experience down as a result.

The wax was quite poor and I was left with a lot of patches which weren’t done. I had to go back the following day to ask that they finish the wax. It took another 20 minutes which shows how much was missed. The staff were very nice about this however.
