Staff were warm and friendly and made an effort even though my treatments were quick. Happy with end result. Much better value than near by salons.

Last minute online booking. Staff friendly and efficient. End pedicure looks good however the beautician cut me twice whilst trimming cuticle, drawing blood. She was very apologetic - maybe she was tired, anxious or just needs glasses! But have to mark the experience down as a result.

The wax was quite poor and I was left with a lot of patches which werenât done. I had to go back the following day to ask that they finish the wax. It took another 20 minutes which shows how much was missed. The staff were very nice about this however.
