Hopefully my next experience will be a 5. I was early to my appt but didnât start my wax until 17 past (I was booked for 10 past). I was told that I could go into the waxing room and get prepared but there was no further instruction ie. Tissue is behind you once youâre ready please place this on top to cover yourself - thankfully it wasnât my first time, but just some common direction would have been nice. Emily didnât knock before coming in, she just opened the door lol. Still hair left too :(

I love this treatment clinic, all the staff are so lovely and professional and make the experience so special. Tina and Petra are usually the girls who do my treatments but all the staff are so lovely.
