My practitioner was lovely and my massage was great. I couldnât fault her. The venue isnât brilliant. I had to go downstairs (by reception) in just a towel to go to the loo. But it was not expensive... so... good overall.
Perhaps could have done without the sales pitches.

Overall good experience, the UCW works and this clinic does it well.
The staff are great but the ambience could be a bit more relaxing, dim lights, some music, aromatherapy.

The therapist did a great job, no complaints. She was really thorough.The salon team were all really friendly too and made me feel welcome.
The salon itself could do with a little re-vamp, just a bit dated.
Also, during my treatment you could hear the team talking loudly, running up and down the stairs and at one point shouting out to each other - totally distracting.
I donât know if they realise that when you are in the treatment room you can hear it all, and it kind of broke me out of the relaxation.
I would re-visit the salon for a pedi/mani, but maybe not for a relaxing treatment.
