Not an enjoyable experience. Consultant didn’t inspect my skin at all, and as a result used a treatment that was too abrasive for my sensitive skin. I have hadn’t micro before and never had a recovery time. My face was still red and sore hours later from this treatment. Whole treatment felt rushed (says 1 hour on the website, took maybe 30 mins in person). Waited 15mins to be served. Overall not at all satisfied. Glad I didn’t pay more than £45 but would not be back again.

I had a back, neck and shoulders massage to solve some issues I have with my posture. The massage was quite firm but that was exactly what was needed and it certainly ironed out some knots! Great communication from the therapist
