Great staff and wax though failure to lock the room meant someone walked into the room in the middle of my Brazilian wax which is not ideal.

I went in for eyebrow & eyelash tinting & eyebrow threading. The treatment was really good and I'm very happy with the results so 5 stars awarded. The beautician was 15 minutes late which was ok as I had time and these things happen but I was just left to wait without being offered anything like a drink etc so the staff get 3 stars. There isn't any real ambience to the treatment, you look into a very bright light on the ceiling and there isn't any music or aromas, however if you don't care about that and you'd just like your eyebrows done then it does the job, it's a good value treatment by an experienced beautician.

The woman who carried out my wax was lovely, although it took a very long time. She also managed to burn me with the wax during my bikini wax. Not sure Iâll be going back.
