I was made to wait for 15 minutes and seen that the time of my scheduled appointments had been changed three times by email, when the staff never told me. It wasnât busy at all, and no explanation was given to me. When I had my eyebrows tinted I noticed that they were a little bit patchy, but the beautician seemed to be in a rush with another client waiting to get her eyebrows done. When I had my waxing, the beautician persuaded me to have the hot wax. I asked what was the difference in price and she said about ÂŁ4. When I got to the till the unhelpful lady that didnât tell me why my appointment time kept changing when I first got there, told me it was an extra ÂŁ10! I said thatâs not what the beautician told me, to which she replied you will know for next time you book online?! very rude and unhelpful.
