Did not get the treatment I had booked as therapist didn’t turn up. I did get a hot wax instead of sugaring and the girl who did that was very nice and good.
They were VERY reluctant to give me the difference between the two treatments back.
Will never go back.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews but this experience really wasn’t great. Although the receptionist was lovely, the staff mostly seem disaffected and silent. The file was a messy job and the varnish even more so but mostly I just think the polish was so old as it was like paste. Love the colour but it’s not smoothly done and I doubt it will last. Get what you pay for I suppose, my mistake...
