My treatment itself was pretty good- efficient and the beautician was really nice. However, the receptionist was incredibly rude. She was on her mobile the whole time, didn't look at me once, in fact the only thing she barked at me was Your name? When I came to pay she didn't speak to me, just took my payment whilst continuing to chat on her mobile and said no please or thank you. It has put me off coming her again, there are plenty of beauty salons in Crouch where my business will feel appreciated. The young Asian girl on reception on Saturday afternoon needs to re-think her career choice.
