the lady doing my massage was kind but applied almost no pressure at all, sort of just stroked the skin. Sometimes there were long breaks of not being massaged where I suspected she was on her phone or doing something else. I don’t know if she was a masseuse or just jumped off reception to give me a massage

The wax was very quick but there were a few hairs left. They also kept me waiting for about 20 minutes which wasn't great. Otherwise, they're always friendly and good at what they do.
