unfortunately I had a horrible visit. I booked an eyebrow threading appointment and requested to only clean, no shape, my brows. the lady thinned out my brows severely and wouldn't listen when I explained she took off too much hair. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for 5 years and never has anyone made my eyebrows so thin, especially after asking them not too. the staff were sympathetic but I nearly left in tears. I've visited this salon before and have had my eyebrows overthreaded to my liking but never to this extent. unfortunately I will not be returning.

The place has been refurbished and it looks so much better than before! The beautician who made my waxing wasnât very chatty which made the experience a bit âmehâ but I guess not everyone is up for a chat while they work. She did a good job though so Iâll probably book again.

I got switched to hot wax last minute and was the best thing to happen! Bilge was incredible, it was the most painless experience of waxing I have ever had! I would recommend everyone to go to Bilge for hot wax!!
