The brows werenât bad but it was difficult to achieve the results Iâm used to when there was no consultation. Maybe I should have been more assertive? Have had henna brows elsewhere before and thereâs always a discussion about the look I want to achieve. With a dye thatâs so quick to stain itâs important it only goes where you want it but this time it was spread much thicker meaning it had to be scrubbed off. No cooling gels were added after either so my skin got a bit flakey.

My therapist was amazing. However the person on reception was on her mobile phone and did not speak properly. A therapist had her shoes off and walking around and doing a clients eyebrows. The presentation manner is so poor and customer service is poor.
