Katiuscha was amazing - friendly and welcoming and did such a thorough and relaxing massage. A very clean venue and treatment room. Thereās no way Iām not coming back to have the same treatment by the same therapist.

It was ok. Not the best wax Iāve had before. Quite a few patches missed or not done thoroughly enough. Was waiting around quite a bit before the treatment actually began. Not the friendliest environment.

It was quick and efficient.
My therapist had a nasty cold so I would have preferred her to wear a treatment mask or not to blow on me to cool the wax as I pick up colds really easily but I understand others may not have such a bad immune system.
