Massage was cancelled last minute - emergencies happen, it’s disappointing but fine. Didn’t get refunded after asking multiple times. Manicure and pedicure took 3 hours and were so messy - despite me repeatedly pointing out how messy they were - she didn’t properly fix it and I didn’t have time to wait around for it to be fixed again. I specifically booked these treatments as both a birthday treat to myself, and prep for a photo shoot tomorrow. My 6 year old niece would have done a better job.

Both girls at the door were very nice, they also could accommodate a last minutes request straight away. Dilek was amazing, kind and professional. I would definitely go back!

The treatment was fine and staff were friendly enough, but no ppe until I asked them to put a mask on. They seemed unaware of the requirements, definitely not COVID secure and this would stop me returning for now

I didn't have a great experience here... they made me wait a while before my treatment, the actual massage was bad - no variation in movements and the pressure wasn't strong. Then I couldn't pay with card, they said the 'card machine wasn't working' but it's a wellknown way to try only receive cash payments.. so I had to walk up and down the street in the rain trying to draw money. Not a very relaxing spa experience! It would be ok if the massage was actually good but unfortunately it wasnt.
