I was shocked that the receptionist was not open and transparent about my extended wait. I was booked in for half six got there at quarter past 6 and had my wax at 7.15 - “she’ll only be 5 minutes” Not bothered about that too much but the way she spoke to Duxa was appalling. Does any client need to hear “can you hurry up?” Plus I was not offered a discount for the extended wait! Surely that should be a given. Can I have a voucher for a discounted treatment please?
I had my first threading treatment since lockdown and it was great. The salon looked amazing, staff was very friendly and professional. My therapist was caring and listened to what I wanted to achieve for my brows and she was super quick an efficient! Definitely coming back
