Massage was cancelled last minute - emergencies happen, itâs disappointing but fine. Didnât get refunded after asking multiple times. Manicure and pedicure took 3 hours and were so messy - despite me repeatedly pointing out how messy they were - she didnât properly fix it and I didnât have time to wait around for it to be fixed again. I specifically booked these treatments as both a birthday treat to myself, and prep for a photo shoot tomorrow. My 6 year old niece would have done a better job.

Both girls at the door were very nice, they also could accommodate a last minutes request straight away. Dilek was amazing, kind and professional. I would definitely go back!

The treatment was fine and staff were friendly enough, but no ppe until I asked them to put a mask on. They seemed unaware of the requirements, definitely not COVID secure and this would stop me returning for now
