Worst wax I've ever had, so uncomfortable & the result was poor too. Therapist was picking at me because the wax wouldn't come off. She ended up doing strip & hot even though I'd paid for hot wax only (ÂŁ5 more). I was told after that a colleague had mixed up the waxes that morning so the hot wax actually also had strip wax in it but they used it anyway as it would 'take too long to heat up new wax'. So unprofessional, poor quality, painful & uncomfortable. Wasnt offered an apology or a refund.
