I like this salon a lot, always feel comfortable, at ease. I hate waxing (who doesn’t) but Szandra was patient, caring, professional, and friendly!

Started late, it was not sugaring, it was not working. I eventually asked to change to normal wax to get it done.

I booked with a Shellac pedicure with a Treatwell for £30 and paid the extra £10 with my debit card.
I was expecting a full pedicure. I got a half baked version and opi polish.. that smudged when I was rusher out of there.
I phoned to complain and they booked me in again. But only did the polish.
I have used this beauty salon since I’ve started having pedicures and would always recommend it in the past.
I don’t know what’s happening?? I felt like a nuisance both times.
