I understand it was the first day everything was back but the place was very unorganised. I was ignored when I entered, the receptionist asked a lady behind me in the queue if she was ok. I had two appointments, the lash technician was delayed so I suggested to do my eyebrows first. The lady didnât check what I had booked and threaded my eyebrows even though I had booked henna brows. There was very little consultation. The lashes were ok but were not individual lashes

I was so grateful to get one of the last appointments before we moved into Tier 4 and the experience was great. Very good professional waxers, efficient, very little pain, and clean surroundings.

Decent pedicure and petra was honestly lovely, but on closer inspection i was a little disappointed on the attention to detail.. my nails were lined up wonkey on one foot and with the actual pedicure treatment, whilst i dont need much doing, it was just a salt scrub which ment my feet still look dry in areas. Its just the quality id expect for the price wasnt delivered..
