Unfortunately this was the worst wax I have ever experienced. During Hollywood, the beautician could not remove a large chunk of wax, she added more wax attempting to pull which became increasingly painful with each try. She proceeded to use scissors to cut the wax out. I had to take the lead with the scissors due to the scissors almost jabbing me. It is not the experience you hope for, quite embarrassing and degrading to have to sit there cutting wax off yourself which took a long time. She finished the rest of Hollywood wax, was interrupted by someone due to timings and the door was left open. This beautician ended up taking over who got rid of lots of missed hairs. My legs were then waxed, she completed this very quickly with strip wax which was helpful and efficient but when I got home I had wax which had turned grey stuck all over my legs. At the reception it was quite clear they didnât want me to make a scene and didnât empathise at all with how traumatic the wax had been. I initially was offered ÂŁ3 off and then as I spoke more was offered ÂŁ15 off but the experience was incredibly disappointing - I would have really appreciated an apology.
