Great Hollywood wax and end result, would go back again

I had booked a strip wax through Treatwell, it came through as a strip wax on their system (they showed me) and then when I came out they realised they’d accidentally done a hot wax and insisted I pay ten pounds extra because I hadn’t told them at the beginning it was supposed to be a strip wax. I did pay because I felt so shocked, but very strange. Won’t be going back.
