I booked my eyelash infill two weeks in advance but the day before my appointment I was told they had no glue. We agreed they would buy some locally and keep my booking. I cycled in rain to arrive on time but in shop I was informed that my appointment had been cancelled and moved to the next day, which was very inconvenient as I had to wake up at 3am for flight. I attended exhausted and with flu cos of cycling in rain.The lady used too much glue making it difficult to open my eyes. Disappointed

Do not have your brow lamination here. I’m used to having these at Browology but tried a new place purely because it was half the price. Go figure! My eyebrows can out with a grey under tone (from the cheap tint I imagine) , and she cut my eyebrows without asking me at the end of the treatment, usually I am always asked and will always say no. Very unprofessional.
